Instructions for Proxy Processing of Foreign Language Center Affairs
Students who are unable to handle Foreign Language Center affairs in person due to special circumstances (e.g., exchange programs, dual degree programs, or other substantiated reasons) regarding "Credit Waiver, Exemption, Late Credit Exemption, or Module Registration" are requested to refer to the following instructions for authorized proxy processing.
Instructions for Authorized Proxy:
1. If the student cannot apply in person, they may authorize a designated proxy to handle the application. When applying, the proxy must present a "Letter of Authorization" and relevant supporting documents.
2. There is no prescribed official format for the Letter of Authorization; students may draft their own. However, the document must include the following information:
-
The student (principal) must provide the reason for being unable to apply in person, their department and year, student ID number, and signature, accompanied by a photocopy of both sides of their student ID.
-
The proxy (agent) is required to provide their name, contact number, and signature, and must specify their relationship to the student.
